ETFC Expands: First-Ever Event in Bahir Dar Confirmed for July

The promotion takes the cage on the road. ETFC 13 will be the first international-level MMA event ever held in the Amhara region.

In what will be remembered as a defining moment for Ethiopian combat sports, the cage doors closed at Millennium Hall and the country watched as two of its finest collided. The atmosphere was electric — a sold-out crowd packed into the venue, the noise crescendoing with every exchange.

Through the early rounds the bout was tightly contested. Clean exchanges, tactical leg kicks, and brief scrambles on the floor showed how prepared both camps were. By the third, the champion's pace told. The flurry that ended the night was as clinical as it was inevitable — and it sealed a chapter that will be written about for years.

ETFC's rapid rise has been built on nights like this — events that prove Ethiopian MMA belongs on the world stage. With the rematch already announced for ETFC 12, the federation is just getting started.
